Loop has three plans available (Starter, Essential, and Advanced), which you can pay either as a flat-fee or as usage-based pricing. In either case, pricing is based on a per return cost dependent on the number of annual returns your brand processes and the plan you select. You can learn more about our pricing and plans here.
There is no additional cost for onboarding! Depending on the level of customization you would want to start with, onboarding can range from 2 days to 2 weeks. Our commitment is to get you up and running as soon as possible. You will have several resources, including how-to videos and help articles, plus access to our Merchant Success team.
Thanks to our partnership with Affirm, within the Returnly dashboard, you can easily consent to Returnly sending Loop your information to aid with Loop onboarding. This information will include, among other things, return center configuration settings, warehouse addresses, basic shipping settings, enabled integrations, and admin user information. This will immensely speed up the onboarding process and require less manual input from you in terms of what configurations you’ll need to re-establish in the Loop platform.
There is no additional cost for Loop Customer Support. After signing with Loop, you can reach out to our support team via email at support@loopreturns.com.
Returnly no longer processes returns as of 10/1/2023. Any returns that were initiated in Returnly had to have been processed and completed in Returnly. We do not currently have a way to transfer initiated returns from one returns software to another.
We recommend connecting with a Loop specialist right away. We are here to work with you to ensure a smooth transition as you onboard Loop. If you are without a returns platform now, you may be subject to processing returns manually until you onboard another returns platform. Loop can help you get up and running in as little as 2 days.
