You will be billed based on submitted returns for the calendar month. Your submitted returns are tracked and visible in your Loop admin dashboard.
Our Starter plan is great for merchants who want to start automating their returns. For merchants with less than 1,000 returns/yr, you can choose between a month-to-month or annual contract with the Starter plan. For merchants with 1,000+ returns/yr, you can select Starter on an annual contract.
The usage-based Starter plan is offered on a month-to-month basis. Essential and Advanced usage-based plans require an annual contract.
