Hannah Bravo is the Chief Executive Officer at Loop with an extensive background focused entirely on serving retail clients with physical and digital presences alike. Hannah has led customer success teams for 10+ years, and brings valuable insight to Loop. Hannah believes that transparency, trust, and mutual value are the key ingredients to long-lasting merchant relationships, and she knows that without Loop’s merchants, there is no Loop.
David Morgan serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Loop, with a background spanning e-commerce and software as a service businesses. With over 15 years of experience in financial leadership, David champions the principles of controllership, transparency, and creativity to enable the business to invent on behalf of our merchants. David is dedicated to ensuring Loop’s financial health, fully aware that the company’s success is tightly coupled to the long-term success of our merchants.
Michael Paulson is Loop’s Chief Product Officer. He brings customer-driven innovation experience in product, UX, data and engineering from some of the world’s largest ecommerce marketplaces. He loves building winning teams and leading companies through their growth journeys. Michael spends as much time as possible in pursuit of outdoor adventure and with his family in Austin, Texas.
John-David is SVP of Business Development & Strategic Alliances. JD has led & scaled commercial teams in high growth companies across different continents. He loves building partner ecosystems, channel sales programs (via agencies, consultants and technology partners) that drive revenue impact across all GTM functions and solving corporate challenges with strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams. JD’s mantra is to lead with energy, creativity, clarity, and empathy. When he’s not hard at work with Loop, you can find JD spending quality time with his three kids in Miami.
Chris is the VP of Engineering at Loop and he loves high-growth companies. They provide energy, momentum, change, and opportunity for everyone involved. He enjoys being a servant leader and coach to the engineering team at Loop. He thrives on helping lead engineering teams that can deliver pragmatic, well-crafted products that deliver amazing business results.
Kristen Kelly
Kristen, or KK, as the Loop team affectionately calls her, is the VP, Product at Loop. As such, she gets to work with people in every function at Loop and learn about every part of the business, from Loop’s partners to Loop’s merchants, and more. KK is responsible for ensuring that teams across the company are working together successfully to deliver the best experience for Loop’s merchants and the best outcomes for Loop’s business. This begins with strategic planning and extends through day-to-day collaboration, monitoring and problem-solving. KK loves that no day is the same for her at Loop.
Nick Simon
Nick is the VP of Sales at Loop with a track record of scaling SaaS sales teams from early product-market-fit to late stage hyper-growth sales orgs. He has successfully led all functions of sales from inbound and outbound sales development to new and existing business sales across the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise levels. Nick focuses on continuous improvement across all levels of sales, building a strong culture of high performance, and having fun working with great people while creating value for merchants.
Kelly Nestor is the VP of People at Loop and she oversees what each of our employee’s journey looks and feels like. Kelly has the thrilling opportunity to build out all human resources functions from scratch, enabling Loop to grow quickly and scale a culture of empathetic team members who love what they do. Kelly focuses on building a work experience that allows you to Be A Human First and prioritizes empathy and wellbeing.
Mike Indigaro
Mike is the VP of Merchant Success at Loop and leads our onboarding, support and customer success teams. Mike combines his deep roots in consulting, process development and product-led growth with building meaningful customer relationships to truly make our merchants successful. A coach at heart, Mike has a passion for building and scaling customer success teams while prioritizing a positive and transparent culture. Outside of Loop, you can find Mike spending quality time with his growing family and coaching ice hockey in the New England area.
Jonathan Poma is Loop’s co-founder and Executive Director of Loop’s Board of Directors. His passion for solving problems is matched only by his passion for seeing humans grow. These passions have fueled Loop’s growth and success to date, as Loop delivers the best returns software for merchants and shoppers alike. If Jonathan’s not working, he’s either spending time with his wife and kiddos, on the golf course—or his absolute favorite…bringing the two together!
